What to watch between English and Japanese
Politeness is grammar
Japanese verbs change with politeness. Formal tone uses desu/masu forms and softer requests; Casual uses plain forms. Keigo for very high formality (to clients or superiors) is attempted in Formal mode, but check it with a native speaker for important letters.
Subjects disappear
Japanese routinely drops "I" and "you". A faithful translation back into English may therefore look vaguer than your original; that is normal, not an error.
Katakana for loanwords
Many English terms are written in katakana (コンピューター, プロジェクト). If your organisation prefers a specific rendering, lock it in the glossary.

Does the Japanese translation include furigana or romaji?
No. You get standard Japanese script (kanji, hiragana and katakana). Romaji and furigana are learner aids and are not added.
Which politeness level should I choose?
Use Formal for work email, customers and anyone you have not met. Use Casual for friends, chat messages and informal social posts.
