Short version: no accounts, no stored texts, and your preferences live in your own browser.
Text you translate or check
When you press Translate, Back-translate or Check grammar, the text is sent to our server and passed to an AI language model through the Vercel AI Gateway to produce the result. We do not save the text or the result, and nothing is sent until you press a button. Do not paste passwords, card numbers or confidential documents you are not allowed to share with a third-party service.
Morse, binary and hex converters
These run entirely in your browser. Nothing you type into them leaves your device.
Stored in your browser
We keep a few preferences in your browser's local storage so they are there next time: your last language pair, tone and text type, your translation glossary, and your Morse audio speed and tone. They never leave your device except when the glossary is sent along with a translation request.
Analytics
We use Ahrefs Web Analytics, a cookieless analytics service, to count page views and see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies or build advertising profiles.
Accuracy
Machine translation and AI proofreading can be wrong. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, financial or safety-critical text without review by a qualified professional.
